🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

At OdinFlex, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made garments are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping fee: A £2.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return label issued, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for size or colour within 30 days.
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

🧵 Quality Guarantee 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund.

📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at via email at customerservices@odinflex.com quoting your order number.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
