📦 Order Processing

  • Orders ship out within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Look out for an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

🚀 Delivery Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (UK): 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping (UK): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors like weather or busy holidays—but we always do our best to get your order to you on time.

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.
  • Free standard shipping for all orders delivered within 2.5 miles of our location.
  • Standard shipping is charged at £2.99 per order.
  • Express shipping is charged at £5.99 per order.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • Didn’t get your tracking info within 48 hours? Just email our Customer Care team at customerservices@odinflex.com.

📦 Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date—we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
